DEVELOPERS FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST COMMISSIONERS This web site is for the citizens of Dekalb County to make our voices heard. Many of us are concerned about the manner in which higher density housing is being introduced into our neighborhoods throughout the county. It often seems as though the developers exert undue influence over the direction of this growth and that our local government leaders are often subject to 'pursuasive' tactics utilized by many developers. On the other hand, the commissioners are also responsive to the needs of communities they represent. Ultimately, we, the citizens of Dekalb County, are in charge and if we make our voices heard, we can prevail. The aim of this web site is to provide information about specific zoning battles which are occurring in Dekalb County. We encourage anyone to submit concerns with upcoming zoning issues.
